Commercial Manager - Vendor Acquisition

 Job Description:

Our client is a prominent Real Estate company based in KSA. They have built a strong reputation for delivering superior solutions and services that satisfy the various needs of their clients in a diverse range of industries. As they continue to grow and innovate, they are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager to join their team and play a key role in shaping the future of their E-commerce / Marketplace platform and partnership network.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Network Expansion: Leverage existing industry networks and proactively form new partnerships with service providers in various domains.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Skillfully negotiate terms, conditions, and agreements with potential service providers to onboard them onto the platform. Ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and agreements.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure the success of partnerships and regularly report on progress to the management team.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the quality of services offered on the platform. Implement quality assurance processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for service providers and a seamless experience for customers.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure that the platform and partnerships adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and service providers to ensure alignment and successful collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
  • Arabic Speaker is a Must, plus English Fluency.
  • Must be within GCC, preferably KSA.
  • 5+ years of experience in building E-commerce or Marketplace platforms
  • Demonstrated success in forming partnerships and expanding networks.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of the Construction/Real Estate sector is a PLUS.
