Commercial Manager

 Job Description:

Our client is a prominent Real Estate company in KSA. They deliver superior solutions and services that satisfy the various needs of their clients in a diverse range of industries.

They are looking for a Commercial Manager to oversee the province's commercial activities, focusing on sales, marketing, and customer care. The responsibilities include developing strategies, managing division processes, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the organization's competitiveness.

Main Objectives:

    1-Performance Monitoring:

    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the commercial department in the Western Province office.
    • Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance.
    • Regularly report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
      

    2-Strategy Development:

    • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
    • Formulate growth strategies for sales, marketing, and customer care.
    • Develop and implement sales plans for products.
    • Integrate company-wide sales and marketing strategies into the Western Province.
    • Identify and implement best practices for sales and marketing activities.
    • Analyze and adjust marketing programs for increased effectiveness.

    3-Sales Management:

    • Lead and manage the sales team in the Western Province office.
    • Develop and implement sales targets and quotas.
    • Track and analyze sales performance.
    • Provide regular updates on sales achievements to stakeholders.
      

    4-Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
    • Understand and address customer needs and concerns.
    • Manage the customer journey and unit handover process.
    • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
    • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
      

    5-Collaboration and Communication

    • Align commercial activities with the organization's overall objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
    • Develop and contribute to departmental budgets and reports.
    • Serve as a central point of contact for customer issues and concerns.
    • Participate in networking events to build relationships and generate leads.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Jeddah and headquarters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field; Master's is a Plus.
  • 5+ years of Managerial experience in a related domain.
  • Arabic Speaker is a Must, plus English Fluency.
  • Must be within GCC, preferably KSA.
  • Knowledge of the Construction/Real Estate/Banking sector is a PLUS.
