As the PMO Director, you will be responsible for overseeing projects within KSA. Your role will involve managing the PMO teams and supporting Regional Project Directors, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of real estate projects. 

Main Objectives: 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive project management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic support to Regional Project Directors for effective project delivery.
• Oversee the entire project portfolio ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the project management team.
• Establish regular reporting mechanisms to update the stakeholders on project status, key milestones, and any challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate transparent communication and coordination.
• Work closely with Regional Project Directors to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
• Ensure that projects are adequately staffed with skilled professionals.
• Implement and enforce project management best practices to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ Years of experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, or any related field.
• Proven experience in a senior PMO role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing multiple projects.
• PMP Certified, any other related certifications are PLUS.
