Our client is an Integrated Facility Management Company that provides customized facility solutions and services to diversified facilities such as commercial, industrial, educational, residential, and healthcare.

They are looking to hire a dynamic Finance Director that will oversee all financial activities, conduct proper reporting, train and mentor the staff, contribute to compliance, implement policies and enhance the company's financial processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct the financial planning and strategy of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
• Report on financial performance and analyze complex financial data.
• Oversee all audit, tax functions and internal control operations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies.
• Prepare forecasts and comprehensive budgets.
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance.
• Provide training and mentor the accounting staff.
• Conduct feasibility studies.
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Facility Management industry
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field
• MBA and ACCA are a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong technical accounting knowledge
• Driven and dynamic attitude with the ability to report swiftly to urgent matters
• Strong communication skills in liaising with cross-functional stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and ability to provide practical guidance
