Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Digital Vision & Strategy:

  • Craft and oversee the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's overarching strategic vision.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, integrating them into the company's modus operandi.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Assemble and guide a high-performing digital transformation team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Organize training sessions for wider company personnel, ensuring digital proficiency across the board.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

  • Engage with senior leadership, department heads, and external tech partners to champion digital initiatives and gather requisite support.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive digital strategy implementation.

Operational Digitization:

  • Oversee the digitization of core operational processes, enhancing efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of new digital systems, tools, and platforms into existing infrastructure.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Identify potential digital risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives and platforms adhere to regulatory standards and best practices.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  1. A Master's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 12 years in the financial sector, with at least 7 years focused on digital transformation and strategy.
  3. Demonstrable success in leading significant digital transformation projects within large-scale organizations.
  4. Proficiency in contemporary digital tools, platforms, and methodologies.
