Bid Manager

 Job Description:

We are partnering with a distinguished EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Contracting) Group based in the GCC region. With a steadfast dedication to sustainable development, they've forged strong partnerships with the public sector to drive progress in the energy and infrastructure domains.

Currently, they're seeking a proficient Bid Manager to join their office in KSA and be responsible for delivering proposals on time and in compliance with customer requirements, developing proposal plans, organizing bid kick-off meetings, analyzing contract conditions, managing partner and client interactions, coordinating pre-bid agreements, integrating proposal packages, reviewing/editing inputs from various stakeholders, communicating effectively at a senior level, and managing document templates in line with company branding.

Responsibilities:

1- Proposal Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement Proposal Plans to ensure the timely delivery of compliant and professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes.
  • Organize and conduct bid kick-off meetings to initiate proposal development processes.

2- Scope Management and Analysis:

  • Review and approve the scope of work for each party involved in the bid, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and conditions.
  • Analyze contract requirements and conditions, presenting findings to Management for informed decision-making.

3- Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Manage interfaces with partners and clients, fostering effective collaboration throughout the proposal development process.
  • Identify and oversee the completion of pre-bid agreements to streamline proposal activities.

4- Content Integration and Review:

  • Integrate proposal packages from individual operating companies and partners, reconciling any discrepancies to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate, review, and edit proposal input from various stakeholders, including legal advisors, financial advisors, lenders, and delivery teams.

5- Communication and Influence:

  • Communicate and influence stakeholders at a senior level to align proposal strategies and objectives with organizational goals.

6- Document Management:

  • Manage document templates following Company branding guidelines, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all proposal materials.
    

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
  • 5+ Years of experience managing proposal production.
  • Extensive Experience in PPP Projects, preferably infrastructure projects.
  • Great Written and Spoken skills in English, Arabic is a Plus.
  • Good knowledge in detail engineering, sponsor engineering, and consulting/advising.
  • Experience in designing, managing, and updating a Content Library or Proposal Automation Solution for BOOT/PPP Projects.
