Our client, a distinguished clinic in the UAE specializing in surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic and medical procedures, is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance its team in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and expanding the clinic's reach within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.
- Analyze market trends, patient needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop and present strategic business development plans to senior management.
- Align business development strategies with the clinic's overall business objectives.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with healthcare organizations, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including geographic expansion or introduction of new services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute market expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Evaluate the feasibility of diversification initiatives, such as introducing new medical services or specialties.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new revenue streams for the clinic.
- Manage the business development budget effectively, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
- Regularly monitor KPIs related to revenue growth, partnership development, and market expansion.

Requirements:
