Our client, a distinguished clinic in the UAE specializing in surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic and medical procedures, is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance its team in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and expanding the clinic's reach within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Analyze market trends, patient needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and present strategic business development plans to senior management.
  • Align business development strategies with the clinic's overall business objectives.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with healthcare organizations, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including geographic expansion or introduction of new services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute market expansion initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of diversification initiatives, such as introducing new medical services or specialties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new revenue streams for the clinic.
  • Manage the business development budget effectively, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
  • Regularly monitor KPIs related to revenue growth, partnership development, and market expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the healthcare or medical practice sector.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
