Business Development Manager

 Job Description:

We are partnering with a reputable Facility Management company in KSA, they are committed to providing exceptional Hard and Soft services to their esteemed clients across the kingdom.

They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead their Soft Services business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving sales and growth within the facility management sector, particularly in hard services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration within the hard services domain.
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Proactively generate leads and opportunities within the hard services sector through market research, networking, and industry knowledge.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with the bid team, proposal manager, and other internal stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Provide strategic input and support throughout the bid and proposal process to ensure alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and relationship management related to hard services initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness and profitability.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis and gather strategic insights to inform decision-making and business development efforts. 
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the facility management Soft Services, additional experience in Hard services is a PLUS.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, driving sales, and achieving business growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
