Floor Manager

 Job Description:

Our client, a distinguished clinic in the UAE specializing in surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic and medical procedures, is seeking a Floor Manager to join its team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze patient records and medical history to identify additional services or treatments that align with the patient's needs.
  • Develop comprehensive care packages that bundle related services, making it convenient for patients to access multiple treatments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand the potential benefits of recommending complementary services to patients.
  • Highlight premium services, advanced treatments, or enhanced medical procedures that align with patients' interests.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the clinical and administrative staff on the floor.
  • Monitor patient flow to ensure efficient movement through various areas of the clinic.
  • Address conflicts and issues among staff members or between staff and patients.
  • Coordinate and oversee emergency response procedures, ensuring staff readiness to handle urgent or critical situations.
  • Interact with patients to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure their overall satisfaction.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for staff to keep them informed about new healthcare procedures, technologies, and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance clinic efficiency and effectiveness.

KIPS:

  • Percentage increase in patient satisfaction scores related to personalized services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, nursing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate activities across different departments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and strategies to enhance the patient experience.
