Business Development Officer

 Job Description:

We are partnering with a distinguished EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Contracting) Group based in the GCC region. With a steadfast dedication to sustainable development, they've forged strong partnerships with the public sector to drive success in the Energy and Infrastructure domains.

Currently, they are looking for a Business Development Officer to join their team in Al Khobar and play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities with the public sector, building and maintaining relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives and sales targets.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of business agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports, providing regular updates to the Business Development Manager.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and expand the client base.
  • Project Exploration: Explore, identify, and secure new EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and PPP (Public-Private Partnership) projects and business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years Business Development Experience for EPC, PPP Projects, or related.
  • Experience in Energy and Infrastructure sector is Preferred. 
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related.
  • Excellent Arabic and English, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
