 Job Description:

Foreground is partnering with one of the leading outdoor media suppliers in the UAE, a company that is rapidly expanding and delivering high-impact OOH advertising solutions. They are seeking an experienced Head of Direct Sales to spearhead growth by engaging and securing direct advertisers across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target direct clients across industries, positioning OOH media as a strategic advertising solution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, marketing teams, and brand advertisers.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to secure long-term partnerships and maximize revenue.
  • Present compelling OOH media solutions, demonstrating their impact on brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to ensure optimal value for both clients and the company.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in OOH media sales, specifically handling direct clients.
  • Strong network and relationships with corporate advertisers and brands in the UAE.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to craft and execute strategic sales plans tailored to direct clients.
  • Results-oriented, with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • UAE experience is a must.
