Our client operates a chain of premier hotels and resorts in key locations across the Middle East, known for their unparalleled guest experiences.

Main Objective: To elevate the brand's image, drive promotional campaigns, and ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.

Character Profile: A creative thinker with a strong sense of branding. This individual understands the intricacies of the hospitality market and crafts campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement branding strategies that differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
  2. Campaign Development: Lead promotional campaigns, from ideation to execution, to drive brand awareness and bookings.
  3. Market Research: Conduct regular market research to understand guest preferences and adjust branding strategies accordingly.
  4. Digital Presence: Manage the brand's online presence, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, PR, and operations teams to ensure cohesive branding efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Over 6 years of experience in branding, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  3. Demonstrated success in brand growth and campaign management.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
  5. Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
