Sales Manager - Health & Beauty

Our partner is a distributor and retailer of global brands across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, specializing in health, beauty, and automotive care products. Their mission is to provide quality brands to customers and expand their footprint, including ambitious plans to grow their retail presence with stores across Riyadh.
Job Summary:
They are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts in the health and beauty sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong industry connections, and experience with distribution to large retail chains and smaller independent stores. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, market knowledge, and effective relationship building to expand health and beauty products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market share in the health and beauty segment.
- Lead the sales team focused on health and beauty, set goals, and provide training and support to achieve business targets.
- Expand IPCs distribution network, focusing on increasing market share in leading retail chains, pharmacies, and independent beauty stores.
- Identify and seize new opportunities for product placement and market growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with major retail partners, ensuring optimal brand representation.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales performance reports and present market insights to the senior management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the health and beauty sector.
- Strong network within retail chains, pharmacies, and independent stores in Saudi Arabia
- Proven ability to build/ lead a sales team and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
