Main Objective: Support the F&B Manager in overseeing the operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction across all outlets.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operational Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of F&B outlets.
- Guest Relations: Address guest feedback promptly, ensuring consistent satisfaction levels.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the F&B teams, ensuring effective communication and task execution.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in the procurement process.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales, guest feedback, and staff performance.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Over 6 years of experience in F&B operations with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
