Head of Sales

 Job Description:

Our client is a Technology company that provides AI-powered dental solutions. They utilize advanced technology, to create precise treatment plans for complex cases. This contributes to faster and more predictable tooth straightening compared to traditional aligners.

They are looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive their expansion in the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard distributors, overseeing the entire process.
  • Provide leadership, and coaching to sales teams, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct regular meetings to foster effective communication.
  • Actively contribute to the development of comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Establish and continuously monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive the evolution of sales processes and metrics to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with distributors and leverage analytics tools for sales projections and planning.
  • Prepare sales reports, define sales territories, and coordinate territory-specific sales plans.
  • Participate in field assessments and ride-along across regions.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and senior management, conveying field insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ Years of sales experience.
  • 3+ Years of sales management experience in the MENA Dental or Health Care industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Must be an Arabic Speaker with English Fluency.
  • Experience in using CRM systems and designing sales processes.
