Group Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are partnering with a global software company specializing in providing diverse digital transformation solutions. They are looking for a dynamic Group Marketing Manager to oversee and manage the marketing initiatives for all company branches around the globe.
This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, and managing global marketing teams. A crucial aspect of this role is identifying industry events in the countries of presence and strategically utilizing them to promote the company and its products. The marketing campaigns and initiatives must also be tailored to suit each country's culture and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement global marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a global marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship, while coordinating with regional marketing managers to ensure consistency and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across all branches, while monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Partnerships & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and effective service delivery for marketing events and campaigns and Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and integrated marketing efforts.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's global brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, utilizing data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize campaigns.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the global marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing investments, while monitoring expenditures to ensure marketing activities stay within budget.
- Event Detection and Utilization: Identify and monitor industry events, conferences, and trade shows in countries where the company has a presence, developing strategies to leverage these events to promote the company and its products.
- Cultural and Trend Adaptation: Ensure all marketing campaigns and initiatives are adapted to suit the cultural nuances and trends of each country, working closely with regional teams to gather insights on local market trends and customer preferences to develop localized content and marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach, while communicating marketing strategies and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field (Masters's degree is a PLUS).
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with proven leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in leading marketing initiatives for a technology company.
- Proven record in managing multinational or regional marketing initiatives.
- Understanding of digital transformation solutions and industry trends is Highly Preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. (Arabic and/or French is a Plus)
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, SEO tools, Google Analytics).
