Call Center Agent

 Job Description:

Our client, a distinguished clinic in the UAE specializing in surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic and medical procedures, is seeking a Call Center Agent to join its team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.
  • Analyze market trends, patient needs, and competitor activities.
  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments for medical consultations, treatments, or procedures.
  • Collect and verify patient information for accurate record-keeping.
  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide information about services, procedures, and general healthcare-related queries.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to patients for appointment reminders, post-treatment care, or feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment processing, and financial assistance programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new revenue streams for the clinic.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to relay patient information, address concerns, and facilitate seamless care.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare procedures, policies, and industry changes.

KIPS:

  • Percentage increase in identified business opportunities and trends.
  • Appointment scheduling accuracy and efficiency, measured by the percentage of successful scheduled appointments.
  • Percentage of patient information accuracy in the database.
  • Customer satisfaction scores based on patient feedback and post-treatment surveys.
  • Percentage increase in revenue resulting from implemented strategies.
  • Measure success through increased patient acquisition and market share.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Agent in the healthcare or medical practice sector.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate sales leads and execute successful call center strategies.
