PR Account Manager

 Job Description:

Our client is a marketing communication group with regional and local expertise in all aspects of marketing communications (Public Relations, Event Management, social media, and Public Speaking). They provide holistic Marketing Services to help them achieve their preset objectives.

They are looking to hire multiple PR Account Managers to join their team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients PR accounts and be responsible for the overall quality and delivery of client programmers ensuring clients strategic goals are met.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients to aid their PR and wider marketing campaigns.
  • Build relationships with existing and new clients, manage their needs and their accounts, while also providing them with innovative and creative ideas.
  • Analyze PR coverage and provide written reports.
  • Contribute to daily meetings and liaise/update clients on PR activities.
  • Keep abreast of current PR trends and tools.
  • Spearhead both traditional PR and social media projects.
  • Develop news angles, stories and pitches to further the client's profile, products and services.
  • Fulfill the client's key performance indicators and grow their accounts.
  • Manage a high level of client interaction.
  • Supervise, guide and mentor junior members of the staff.
  • Daily client counsel, including problem solving.
  • Develop and edit written media communications PR documents that are on message and tailored to audience; documents will include slides, proposals, plans, and issues management documents.
  • Keep abreast of new media developments, PR trends and opportunities for both clients and the wider industry.
  • Lead and participate in new business ventures, including pitching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Administration or related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in a similar role, preferably with multinational agencies
  • Prominent levels of communication - presentation, verbal, and written skills
  • Strong copywriting and marketing mastery
  • Solid computer prowess and project management skills
  • Strategic thinking and innovation
  • English and Arabic are a must.
