Chief Human Resources Officer

 Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a leading healthcare institution based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading the human resources function with a strong emphasis on strategic leadership and organizational transformation, particularly in preparation for the companys Initial Public Offering (IPO). This position requires a forward-thinking HR leader with experience in healthcare and deep knowledge of IPO processes and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the overall HR function to align with the hospitals strategic objectives and long-term growth plans, particularly in the context of preparing for an IPO.
  • IPO Readiness: Provide strategic guidance on IPO-related human capital issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing workforce structures, and aligning HR practices to meet the stringent requirements of public markets.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, develop retention strategies, and manage talent pipelines, ensuring the hospital attracts and retains top-tier healthcare professionals.
  • Organizational Development: Lead transformation initiatives to optimize organizational structures, streamline processes, and build leadership capabilities, particularly to meet the demands of a publicly listed company.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs aligned with market standards, shareholder expectations, and IPO guidelines.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster a positive organizational culture, and improve overall employee satisfaction, particularly during the transition to an IPO.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and IPO requirements. Oversee risk management policies, including healthcare sector-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Change Management: Spearhead change management programs during the IPO transition, providing leadership and support to employees at all levels to ensure smooth adaptation to new corporate structures.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Promote diversity and inclusion across the organization, implementing programs and policies that align with global standards and local regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, Masters in HR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years in senior HR leadership roles, preferrably in healthcare.
  • Proven track record in leading HR functions through IPO processes in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulatory requirements within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of IPO compliance and HR-related financial impacts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive organizational change.
  • Experience in working with executive teams and Board of Directors.
