Our client, a distinguished clinic in the UAE specializing in surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic and medical procedures, is seeking a Beauty Therapist to join its team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their beauty needs and preferences.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and skincare routines based on individual requirements.
• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including but not limited to facials, massages, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
• Knowledge of main machines such as Fotona, Morpheus8 and others.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of beauty products and advise clients on suitable at-home skincare routines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into service offerings.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
• Address client concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Effectively promote and sell beauty products related to skincare and treatments.

KIPS:

• Maintain a client satisfaction rate of at least 90% based on feedback and surveys.
• Achieving monthly revenue targets for beauty treatments and product sales.
• Aim for a client retention rate of 80% by building strong relationships and offering personalized services.
• Meet monthly targets for retail product sales.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and enhance skills.

Requirements:

• A diploma or certification in beauty therapy or a related field.
• Continuous education in the latest beauty techniques and treatments.
• Possession of UAE local licenses required for providing beauty services.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare products, their ingredients, and their effects on different skin types.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with clients and explain beauty treatments and product recommendations.
