Sales Executive

 Job Description:

We are partnering with a leading retail industrial equipment provider in Doha to find an experienced Sales Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding market presence. This role focuses on both maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities to achieve company sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

1- Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring clear and effective communication.

2- Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by visiting potential clients and conducting market research.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop strategies for expanding the company's market presence.

3- Sales Negotiation and Closure:

  • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with clients and internal teams to secure new sales.
  • Ensure all agreements are beneficial to both the company and the client, and successfully close deals.

4- Supplier and Pricing Coordination:

  • Collaborate with suppliers by sending Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and ensuring accurate pricing.
  • Review technical drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to verify specifications and quantities before finalizing orders.

5- Tender and Contract Management:

  • Participate in meetings to finalize tenders, ensuring all pricing and equipment align with the BOQs and drawings.
  • Manage contract reviews and coordinate the issuance of progress invoices based on project milestones.

6. Project Delivery and Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the timely delivery of equipment and services, ensuring projects meet both deadlines and quality standards.
  • Ensure smooth execution of contracts, addressing any issues that arise during project delivery.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or relevant degree is required.
  • Native Arabic speaker; with fluency in English.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, focused on business development.
  • Knowledgeable in kitchen and laundry equipment.
