Business Development Manager

 Job Description:

We are partnering with a tech-enabled hospitality firm and a leading provider in the luxury hospitality sector, offering innovative accommodation experiences. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai.

Objective:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining positive relationships with homeowners, managing the onboarding and maintenance of high-end properties, and ensuring clear communication between homeowners and the companys various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure inventory by meeting with potential homeowners and conducting proactive outreach.
  • Explain the companys offerings to homeowners, emphasizing ease, security, and financial benefits.
  • Assist with holiday home licensing approvals and the onboarding process for new properties.
  • Communicate homeowner expectations and concerns with internal departments, ensuring all issues are addressed.
  • Provide specialized support to homeowners, maintaining open communication and timely responses.
  • Act as the liaison between homeowners and the property service team for maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct annual property assessments and recommend improvements.
  • Audit rental website listings and property management software to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform quarterly rental performance and property condition reviews with homeowners.
  • Collaborate with the Rate Manager to explain pricing to homeowners.
  • Review and respond to homeowner statements and billing queries.
  • Ensure homeowner accounts are current and outstanding invoices are paid.
  • Coordinate pre-owner arrival inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, customer service, or account management.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
  • Capable of independently initiating and completing projects.
  • Proficient in engaging with senior management, external clients, and vendors.
