CEO Assistant
Job Description:

Role Objective:
As a pivotal role supporting the Managing Director/CEO, you will manage critical business tasks, provide strategic advice, and oversee high-level projects. Your responsibilities include developing business plans, coordinating internally, and representing the MD/CEO in external meetings. Financial analysis, reporting, and project data collation are integral, along with conducting market research for informed decision-making.
Key Accountabilities
1- Management of Critical Business Tasks:
- Oversee and manage high-level, business-critical tasks on behalf of the MD, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide strategic advice and decision-making support to the MD, particularly in areas of investment, wealth management, and business growth strategies.
2- Business Plans and Pitch Deck Preparation:
- Develop and refine business plans and pitch decks for various investment and wealth management initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support these strategic proposals.
3- Internal Coordination and Liaison:
- Act as a key point of contact between the MD and senior management teams, ensuring that plans and tasks assigned are on track and in alignment with strategic goals.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation and effective management of wealth management projects.
4- External Communication and Coordination:
- Represent the MD in meetings with external partners, clients, and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Deliver presentations and briefings on behalf of the MD, clearly articulating the company's vision, strategies, and priorities.
- Manage communications and negotiations with external stakeholders, effectively resolving issues and achieving win-win outcomes.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry and relevant sectors.
5- Support in Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in financial statement analysis and the preparation of reports for wealth management projects.
- Support the MD in reviewing and analyzing investment opportunities and financial portfolios.
6- Project Data Collation for Reporting:
- Collect and organize data for project reports and presentations for high-level meetings, including monthly and quarterly reviews with key stakeholders.
7- Market Research and Industry Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform investment strategies and wealth management decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and provide insights to the MD for strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in a business consultancy firm is a Must.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, especially at the C-level.
