Foreground is partnering with a healthcare services provider in Kuwait to hire an IT Manager to lead digital systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives across clinics and hospitals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and digital applications.
• Lead digital transformation and implementation of healthcare systems.
• Manage data security, compliance, and business continuity frameworks.
• Partner with medical and administrative leaders to optimize IT solutions.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
• Expertise in ERP systems, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
