The Role

The Sales Account Manager – Health, Corporate & Performance (HCP) will be responsible for driving sales growth and market engagement across key segments including health and corporate wellness, performance facilities, and public sector partners. The role requires proactive field engagement with clients, identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that meet complex organisational needs.

This position plays a critical role in expanding the companys presence in Saudi Arabia by developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, managing a portfolio of products and services, and ensuring excellence throughout the sales cycle. Close collaboration with internal teams and alignment with strategic priorities is essential to achieve revenue and market development objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in wellness, health, corporate services or related solutions.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex sales deals and delivering consultative solutions.
  • Strong ability to generate leads, build a robust pipeline, and close revenue-generating contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic commercial environment.
