Our client is a large organization operating across regulated sectors with significant government interaction. The business is strengthening its public affairs and regulatory engagement strategy.

The Role

The Director will manage government relations, regulatory engagement, and corporate affairs across the UAE. This role will act as the primary interface with government bodies and regulators. A key focus will be policy monitoring, advocacy, and risk mitigation. The Director will also support licensing, compliance, and strategic initiatives involving public entities. The role will work closely with legal and executive leadership.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior experience in government relations or public affairs within the UAE. Strong understanding of regulatory environments and stakeholder dynamics is essential. The candidate must demonstrate discretion, credibility, and strong communication skills. Arabic fluency is highly preferred. Experience working in highly regulated sectors is an advantage.
