Who it affects
This Employee Referral Program Policy applies to any Full-Time Employee or Full-Time Intern who refers an eligible candidate to our company.
All employees are eligible to participate in our referral program except for:
Senior management (CEO, Managing Director, etc.)
People Operations, recruiters and hiring managers for positions for which they’re hiring
What do I need to do to refer someone?
Simply complete this form or scan the QR code and HQ/POPs will reach out to the candidate.
Who are these friends that we can refer to?
Those people who doesn’t attract work passes (Sporean PRs, Dependent Pass)
How can I get the referral fee?
The referrer will receive the reward together with their salary.
