MicroKitchen Attendant

Job Description:

• Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service to all customers

• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner & ensure customer supplies are replenished

• Ensure complaints are dealt with satisfactorily, or passed to the appropriate Manager

• Setting and/or wiping down tables

• Provide general waiting duties of food and/or beverage and Supply, dispense or mix beverages

• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly

• Prepare food for service and Portion and plate food for service

• Assist with vegetable and salad preparation and adhere to site food safety plan 

• Maintain clean & tidy dining/kitchen areas, replenish supplies in dining areas, receive and rotate stock

• Ensure that the retail area of the café meets company standards at all times

• Perform other duties within his/her capabilities as required by Supervisor or Manager

Health and Safety Responsibilities: 

✔ Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures 

✔ Follow all Emergency Response plans on site 

✔ Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks  

✔ Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times 

Job Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in F&B 

• Customer-service oriented personality

•  Proactive, friendly and pleasant characteristics

•  Efficient interaction level and proficient in delivering great customer service

• Able to communicate skills and team player

• Cheerful and self-motivated with positive working attitude
