Job Description:
Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style of service to all customers
Respond to customer requests in a timely manner & ensure customer supplies are replenished
Ensure complaints are dealt with satisfactorily, or passed to the appropriate Manager
Setting and/or wiping down tables
Provide general waiting duties of food and/or beverage and Supply, dispense or mix beverages
Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
Prepare food for service and Portion and plate food for service
Assist with vegetable and salad preparation and adhere to site food safety plan
Maintain clean & tidy dining/kitchen areas, replenish supplies in dining areas, receive and rotate stock
Ensure that the retail area of the café meets company standards at all times
Perform other duties within his/her capabilities as required by Supervisor or Manager
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
✔ Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
✔ Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
✔ Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
✔ Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in F&B
Customer-service oriented personality
Proactive, friendly and pleasant characteristics
Efficient interaction level and proficient in delivering great customer service
Able to communicate skills and team player
Cheerful and self-motivated with positive working attitude
