Job Description:
You will work with the Food Spot Manager to ensure your unit provides an efficient, effective and consistent service to customers and clients in a coffee environment.
You’ll assist team members in their duties whilst adhering to company policy and procedures.
You’ll perform general duties which support the efficient running of your Unit & ensure it is fully compliant with process, health and safety, food hygiene regulations and most importantly offering quality beverages and an amazing service!
You are a superstar at making coffee, cappuccinos, teas, hot chocolates and other amazing hot beverages
You’ll deliver an efficient and super friendly service making sure our guests are happy
You will stock up the bar in readiness to deliver our exceptional service
Working as a team, you’ll clear down after service and keep our work area clean and tidy
Ideally you will have at least 2 years in a similar role within a restaurant/café environment.
You are familiar with HACCP requirements
You have knowledge of Health and Safety rules and procedures
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
✔ Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
✔ Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
✔ Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
✔ Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ level and above or related certificates in the related position
At least 2 years’ experience working in F&B as Barista or similar field
Computer literate
Passion about coffee
