Job Description:

  • You will work with the Food Spot Manager to ensure your unit provides an efficient, effective and consistent service to customers and clients in a coffee environment. 

  • You’ll assist team members in their duties whilst adhering to company policy and procedures. 

  • You’ll perform general duties which support the efficient running of your Unit & ensure it is fully compliant with process, health and safety, food hygiene regulations and most importantly offering quality beverages and an amazing service!

  • You are a superstar at making coffee, cappuccinos, teas, hot chocolates and other amazing hot beverages

  • You’ll deliver an efficient and super friendly service making sure our guests are happy

  • You will stock up the bar in readiness to deliver our exceptional service

  • Working as a team, you’ll clear down after service and keep our work area clean and tidy

  • Ideally you will have at least 2 years in a similar role within a restaurant/café environment.

  • You are familiar with HACCP requirements

  • You have knowledge of Health and Safety rules and procedures

 

Health and Safety Responsibilities: 

✔ Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures 

✔ Follow all Emergency Response plans on site 

✔ Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks  

✔ Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times 

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ level and above or related certificates in the related position 

  •  At least 2 years’ experience working in F&B as Barista or similar field 

  •  Computer literate 

  • Passion about coffee
