About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Intern to support our business development and marketing teams in data research, lead generation, and database management activities. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in building Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), web research, and working with modern data enrichment tools.
This is a performance-based internship with a clear pathway to a full-time Lead Generation Executive role upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in researching potential leads and supporting the creation of ICP-based contact lists.

Support the use of tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay, Seamless, Adapt, Lusha, Lead411, and Skrapp for data collection and enrichment (under supervision).

Help perform basic web research and assist in data extraction tasks using tools like Apify or similar platforms.

Maintain and organize lead data in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.

Assist in verifying and cleaning contact lists using tools like NeverBounce and ZeroBounce.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand ICP criteria and lead requirements.

Learn to monitor data accuracy and contribute ideas to improve data quality processes.

Prepare simple daily/weekly progress reports as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelors program (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred).

Prior internship, coursework, or basic exposure to data research or lead generation is a plus (not mandatory).

Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).

Strong willingness to learn data enrichment and web scraping tools such as Apollo, Clay, Apify, etc.

Good attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.

Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently with guidance.
