Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technology Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our AgriERP solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in agriculture and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our AgriERP software solutions.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients, schedule meetings, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of AgriERP features and benefits to clearly communicate value propositions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and addressing concerns effectively.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our products in the market.
- Support sales planning by tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and analyzing sales data.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve our ERP offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Practical experience working on a farm or with an agricultural organization is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or agricultural software solutions is a strong advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a B2B SaaS sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
