Junior Business Analyst

The Business Analyst is responsible for review of the route management, accounting and warehouse management systems to ensure data is maintained efficiently and accurately.

Essential Functions:

• Perform analysis of daily requests for efficiency and identify where additional resources may be required.
• Document software business processes and integrations between systems.
• Gain an understanding of business process and help define future goals.
• Daily monitoring and adjustment of the various business system.
• Production support and troubleshooting of any problems with the system.
• Work in conjunction with Information Technology department to be able to produce reports and analyze data.
• First line of support for applications that are being used.
• Participate in project work such as logistical reviews for expansions and service offerings or engineering of delivery.
