- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:️
Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written) C1/C2 level required. ️
Proficiency in English (for internal communication). ️ Previous
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
