We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Malta. In this role, you will assist customers via chat, email, and phone, ensuring they receive top-notch support and a seamless experience.

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For:️ 

Fluent in Dutch (spoken & written) C1/C2 level required. ️ 

Proficiency in English (for internal communication). ️ Previous 

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
