Location: Amsterdam Lelystad Airport | Full-time (36-40 hours per week) | Permanent Contract

About the Role: As a Composite Specialist, you will independently build and repair precise laminate packages and sandwich constructions. Working with advanced techniques such as prepregs, wet lay-up, and vacuum injection with epoxy resins, you will contribute to the repair of composite and light-metal components used in business jets, helicopters, commercial, and military aircraft. Components include radomes, flight controls, nacelles, and rotor blades.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Building and repairing composite structures with high precision.
  • Using advanced materials and methods like prepregs and vacuum injection with epoxy resins.
  • Ensuring attention to detail and craftsmanship to maintain the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

  • MBO Level 3/4 qualification in Aviation Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in composite repairs, preferably within the aerospace industry.
  • Proficiency in composite materials and techniques, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work primarily on-site at the repair facilities.
  • Strong command of Dutch or English (oral and written).
  • A team player with discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Possession of a valid EU or Dutch passport and a driver's license (B).
