Fly2Sky Airlines is launching something big our very own Training Academy and were looking for a high-caliber professional to lead the charge. This is not just a role; it's a rare career runway.

We're searching for an Administrative Lead with a builder's mindset and a leaders ambition someone whos ready to lay the groundwork, drive operational excellence, and eventually grow into Director of the Academy.

Location: Sofia, 64 Hristofor Kolumb Blvd, Bldg A02, Sofia Airport Center

Your Mission?

You'll be the engine behind our new Training Academy - shaping systems, processes, and culture from the ground up. Think of it as a startup within the airline, with the full backing of a fast-growing aviation company.

Set It Up:

  • Build the Academy's administrative structure, workflows, and operational backbone
  • Liaise with EASA, CAA, and education authorities to lock in certifications & compliance
  • Define SOPs, policies, and cadet lifecycle processes that stand up to audits and scale

Run It Right:

  • Oversee facilities, learning environments, vendors, and instructors
  • Lead the rollout of LMS systems and digital platforms
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, training records, and certifications

Own the Cadet Journey:

  • Create a seamless experience from onboarding to graduation
  • Handle cadet housing, welfare, visas, and alumni engagement
  • Deliver smooth operations and a premium learner experience

Governance & Vision:

  • Ensure compliance with EASA/CAA standards and prepare for inspections
  • Deliver reports and KPIs to senior leadership
  • Co-create the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Academy's growth
    

Who You Are?

  • 5+ years in aviation training, educational ops, or academy management
  • Proven experience building or scaling institutions
  • Hands-on knowledge of regulatory & accreditation processes (bonus if EASA/CAA)
  • Confident with both day-to-day operations and strategic vision
  • Degree in Business, Aviation, or Education (Masters = big plus)
