Now, were looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CAMO Compliance Monitoring Auditor to join our dynamic operations team. If you're ready to contribute your expertise in a fast-paced, supportive, and people-focused environment, wed love to hear from you.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assess and prepare the audit checklists using the companys software, in accordance with companys Annual Audit program, related to Part-CAMO, Part-M and Part-145 organizations
• Conduct audits of CAMO
• Conduct audits of Part-145 maintenance organization
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's quality management system and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare audit reports using the companys software and provide detailed findings, observations, and recommendations to management and relevant departments.
• Assess and initiate the risk assessments using the companys software, whenever applicable in reference to identified hazards during the audits.
• Monitor corrective actions taken by departments in response to audit findings and ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality and safety initiatives to enhance overall organizational performance.

What Were Looking For:

• Education: bachelor or higher aviation or technical degree;
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy;
• Methodology of Root Cause Analysis;
• Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, a team player who shows commitment and dedication to the job
• Detail and goal-oriented person
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
