We are looking for B1, B2, B1/B2 Line Maintenance Engineers/ Technicians (certified and non-certified staff) for permanent employment.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance at base and off-site locations based on customers schedule
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft
• Perform complex repairs on aircraft systems
• Perform complete engine runs as required
• Perform and document all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
• Release line maintenance tasks that are performed by you or under your supervision for which staff are trained and authorized
• Use own initiative to resolve difficult situations
• Supervise Mechanics when carrying out maintenance tasks, and determine that relevant tasks or inspections have been carried out to the required standard
• Train, coach and support other employees
• Maintain close cooperation with the MCC and Logistics

Qualifications and skills needed for the position:

• Line Maintenance experience, Base Maintenance desirable
• Experience on the required aircraft type for at least five years without any performance issues and subject to formal interview process
• You have at least 6 months of relevant aircraft type line maintenance experience in any consecutive 2-year period
• Solid problem-solving ability and organizational skills
• Flexible and able to manage varying demands and workloads
• Knowledge of organizational capabilities, privileges and limitations
• Knowledge of logistic processes
• You have demonstrated ability to train other employees
• You are engine run qualified (desirable)
• You are borescope on V2500 and CFM engines qualified (desirable)
• You have the ability to interpret and work with customers CAMO engineering
• You have the ability to effectively communicate in the English language in both written and verbal form on individual task and / or aircraft status
• You have the ability to use standard tools, special tools and operate ground support equipment
• You have the ability to work in accordance with the maintenance data and to notify the function responsible of defects or mistakes requiring rectification to re-establish required maintenance standards
• You have the ability to use information systems (computer skills)
• Thorough understanding of Part-145 (and Company MOE) requirements and basic understanding of Part-M
• You have basic knowledge requirements of Part-66
• You have knowledge on, and practicing of, human factors, human performance and limitations
• You have knowledge on EWIS and CDCCL when relevant
• You are current on all training requirements (recurrent/continuation training)
• You maintain high level of safety awareness
• You maintain the safety and serviceability of AES customers aircraft
• You are cost-effective maintenance of aircrafts
• Driving license B category or higher
