About the job CAMO Planning Engineer

In this role, you will support the continuing airworthiness of the company's aircraft fleet by planning, coordinating and monitoring maintenance activities in accordance with approved maintenance programs, regulatory requirements and company procedures. You will work closely with CAMO, Engineering, Maintenance Organizations and Operational Departments to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule line and base maintenance activities in accordance with approved Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMP)
  • Monitor aircraft maintenance status and ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance by approved Part-145 organizations
  • Develop, review and update Aircraft Maintenance Programs and maintenance planning data
  • Maintain detailed aircraft maintenance records and ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Utilize maintenance planning systems and aircraft monitoring tools to track aircraft and engine status
  • Coordinate maintenance planning activities with internal departments, maintenance providers and external stakeholders
  • Support the continuing airworthiness management process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor maintenance compliance and follow up on overdue tasks and planning limitations
  • Support maintenance forecasting, planning reviews and operational maintenance requirements
  • Participate in risk assessment activities and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Identify and report safety hazards through established CAMO processes
  • Prepare planning reports and provide maintenance status updates to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Engineering or other relevant technical discipline
  • Previous experience in CAMO, Maintenance Planning, Engineering Services or a similar aviation environment
  • Good understanding of continuing airworthiness requirements and maintenance planning processes
  • Knowledge of EASA regulations, including Part-CAMO and Part-145 requirements
  • Experience working with aircraft maintenance planning systems and technical documentation
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic operational environment
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
