About the job HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a trusted advisor to business leaders, responsible for aligning people's initiatives with business objectives while fostering a high-performance, accountable and engaging work environment.
The HRBP partners work closely with leaders to strengthen organizational capability, support workforce planning, develop leadership effectiveness, manage employee relations and implement Group People initiatives.
Acting as the primary point of contact for managers, the HRBP ensures consistent application of People policies and practices while driving organizational performance and employee engagement.
The role is both strategic and operational, balancing day-to-day HR support with longer-term initiatives that enable business growth and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities

- Advise managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent
- application of company policies and employment legislation
- Manage disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes
- Support performance management, talent reviews and employee development
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, onboarding and workforce

- Identify high-potential employees and support career development, succession
- planning and internal mobility
- Contribute to leadership and capability development initiatives
- Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, wellbeing and retention
- Promote the Group's values and desired leadership behaviors
- Support managers in creating an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Support organizational transformation and change programs
- Guide leaders through change, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement
- Encourage adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and compliance with employment legislation
- Maintain confidentiality and identify people-related risks
- Promote best practice and continuous improvement across HR processes
- Monitor workforce metrics and analyze trends in areas such as turnover, absenteeism and engagement
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Contribute to regular people reporting and workforce planning
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or a related field
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably including experience in an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Proven experience in employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes
- Experience in performance management, talent management, succession planning and employee development
- Experience in workforce planning and organizational change initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and advise managers and senior stakeholders on people-related matters
- Experience in supporting organizational design and transformation initiatives is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret workforce data and translate it into practical recommendations
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office and HRIS systems
