Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

As an MCC Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness, safety, and reliability of our fleet. You'll be the key liaison between flight operations, maintenance teams, and contracted service providers, coordinating all maintenance activities in compliance with aviation regulations and Fly2Sky's high standards.

• Providing real-time operational and technical support for aircraft maintenance
• Coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs and reviewing supplier invoices
• Managing records and reports for operational and regulatory compliance
• Ensuring accurate database management and documentation
• Supporting emergency response protocols for maintenance-related issues
• Observing and implementing SGHA procedures effectively

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in aviation or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar MCC or technical support role.
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written, with strong communication skills.
