About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join our team and support a portfolio of narrowbody commercial aircraft, including the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737.

In this role you will provide technical oversight across the lifecycle of aircraft assets, combining airline engineering support with involvement in aircraft deliveries, redeliveries and lease transitions. You will work closely with airlines, MRO providers and internal teams to ensure aircraft are maintained and managed in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical engineering support with airline engineering teams, MRO providers and OEM representatives on technical and maintenance matters
  • Support major maintenance events such as heavy checks, engine shop visits and landing gear overhauls
  • Maintain and review aircraft technical documentation and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Support aircraft deliveries, redeliveries and lease return processes, including aircraft inspections and technical documentation reviews
  • Identify and track technical discrepancies and maintenance findings through to resolution
  • Support aircraft sale and purchase transactions through technical due diligence, inspections and preparation of technical reports
  • Coordinate technical aspects of aircraft transitions between operators and provide technical input to commercial and legal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in airline engineering, MRO, aircraft leasing or aviation technical management
  • Hands-on experience with narrowbody aircraft (A320 and/or B737 families)
  • Good understanding of aviation regulations (EASA, FAA or equivalent)
  • Experience reviewing aircraft technical records, maintenance documentation and airworthiness data
  • Familiarity with aviation technical management systems such as AMOS, OASES, TRAX or similar
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, commercial and operational teams
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
