About the job Senior Accountant

Currently, the Finance department at Fly2Sky is looking for knowledgeable, hard-working, and motivated Senior Accountant to join the team.

The role will be including covering of financial activities of the company, working with ERP system (Business Central), as well as performing support in accounting for four other companies in the Group.

Key Activities:

  • Performs preliminary, ongoing and follow-up internal financial control on the observance of the financial and payment discipline, the correct formatting of the primary and official accounting documents.
  • Ensures timely accounting for all business operations.
  • Organizes and implements the timely settlement of the relationship with debtors and creditors, arranges the relations with the budget, conducts inventories and checks money and commodity-values.
  • Prepares data for the statistical reports and forms and the closure of relevant reporting periods.
  • Keep secret the confidential information that has become known to him/her in relation to the work he/she has done.
  • Performs other specific assignments related to the position in the Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting the deadlines for repayment of the company's liabilities.
  • Liaise with executives, accountants and material responsible persons from other companies and institutions in relation to the work being done.
  • Liaise with related Government Agencies and Institutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, Chief or Senior accountant.
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
  • In-depth understanding of GAAP and IFRS
  • Awareness of business trends.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Professional Experience: Over 3-5 years proof work experience on the same position
  • Experience in ERP systems
  • Very good level of written and verbal English is a must
  • Relevant Master or Bachelor degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High degree of flexibility
  • Enthusiasm
  • Pro-activity
  • Experience in aviation is a strong advantage
