About the Role:

Are you an IT enthusiast with a passion for aviation? Fly2Sky is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across our airline. This hands-on role supports both office-based and operational teams, playing a key part in maintaining our IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime, and enabling seamless cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top notch IT support to end users, including flight crews and ground teams, by troubleshooting hardware, software and network connectivity issues
  • Administer and troubleshoot hardware and software configurations in a domain environment for Windows 11 and macOS devices
  • Provision and manage user accounts, access permissions, using Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, as well as across various aviation applications and systems (e.g. Leon, Centrik)
  • Manage and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deploy and manage Windows laptops
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications and services
  • Support the office IT infrastructure, such as desk and meeting room equipment, printers and access points
  • Helping oversee hardware lifecycle management
  • Contribute to internal IT projects and support the IT team with administration and integration of various SaaS systems
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for staff
  • Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding for new hires and departing employees
  • Train staff on new technologies and ensure proper usage of IT systems and equipment
  • Participate in routine patch management, system upgrades and regular data backups
  • Handle imaging/re-imaging of computers
  • Ensure the performance, security and reliability of operating systems and network equipment
  • Collect IT equipment delivered from suppliers
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and external vendors to support operational systems
    

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in IT support or system administration (aviation environment is a plus)
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Solid troubleshooting and end-user support skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and services
  • Experience with device management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Apple Business Manager)
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi/APs)
  • Comfortable in mixed environments (Windows & macOS)
  • Awareness of IT security principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira Service Management)
  • Clear communicator with the ability to explain tech to non-technical users
  • Experience with aviation-related software (flight ops, fleet tools) is a bonus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Admin) are a plus
