Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Experience: 8+ Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and hands-on experience in implementing Order On The Day (OOTD) solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team leader who can collaborate with technical architects, gather requirements, and drive the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Design and develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Collaborate with technical architects to understand business requirements and provide multiple solution options.
- Take ownership of OOTD (Order On The Day) use cases and solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce environments.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established development standards. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform configuration.
- Experience with OOTD implementation and understanding of order lifecycle in Salesforce. Proven experience in solution design and architecture in collaboration with Salesforce architects.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and data modeling.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to lead a team and interface with stakeholders.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
