Job Summary: As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with 2 main existing client programs in the healthcare industry. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring that their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in the life sciences sector will enable you to provide tailored staffing solutions, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations. Understand their staffing needs and business objectives to deliver customized solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative discussions with clients to identify challenges and opportunities. Propose effective staffing solutions that align with their goals.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Provide insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their workforce strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements and to facilitate the timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance metrics, client satisfaction, and recruitment outcomes. Use data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns and challenges promptly, providing effective solutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in staffing or recruitment within the life sciences sector (healthcare).
- Strong understanding of life sciences industry trends, roles, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
