  • Inbound Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding toll payments, account management, and service information.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a dedicated troubleshooter to resolve billing discrepancies or technical issues with digital payment systems.
  • Customer Education: Guide users on how to utilize infrastructure services efficiently and explain local regulations clearly.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM to help improve overall service quality.
  • Excellence: Go "beyond WOW" to turn every interaction into a positive brand experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language Skills: Native or proficient level of German (C1/C2) and a good command of English (B2).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms and CRM systems.
