This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Lithuania while supporting travelers from across the Nordic region.

The Role: Impact & Customer Journey

• Expert Travel Support: Assist Danish-speaking customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and complex travel itineraries.
• Multichannel Communication: Engage with travelers via phone, email, and chat to provide high-quality service and resolve inquiries.
• Problem Solving: Handle changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
• Tech-Savvy Service: Use global distribution systems and internal tools to manage bookings efficiently.

Who You Are

• Linguistic Skill: Fluent or Native-level Danish speaker with a solid B2 level of English.
• Location: You are already living in Lithuania or are willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Flexibility: We offer both Full-time and Part-time options to fit your lifestyle.
• Availability: We are looking for candidates with immediate availability to join our next training wave.
