  • Passenger Support: Assist customers via phone and email with flight bookings, cancellations, and travel inquiries.
  • Problem Solver: Take ownership of passenger queries, ensuring every traveler gets accurate information and a timely resolution.
  • Relationship Builder: Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service that reflects the airline's premium standards.
  • Tech Navigation: Walk customers through complex booking procedures and troubleshoot basic app or connectivity issues.

What Were Looking For:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (C1/C2) and a solid command of English (B2).
  • Communication: A natural talent for making people feel valued and supported.
  • Tech Savvy: Confidence using digital systems and booking tools.
  • Eligibility: EU Citizenship or a valid residence permit for Malta.
