We are looking for a dynamic, tech-focused professional to join an exciting project involving Digital Marketing Ads—a game-changing tool for businesses worldwide. In this role, you will navigate the complexities of the German market, onboarding high-potential companies and future "unicorns" in a fast-paced environment.
The Role & Challenges
As a trusted advisor, you will manage a portfolio of new clients to develop high-performing PPC campaigns. Your mission is to build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities within your customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Onboarding: Serve as a consultant to set up results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term sustainability.
- Client Engagement: Handle outbound customer calls to promote services, detect objectives, and offer adapted solutions.
- Growth & Upselling: Responsible for increasing account spend and implementing campaign upselling strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive customer database with high-volume daily outreach.
- Market Insight: Regularly integrate AI tools into your workflow to interpret insights and personalize client outreach.
What You Bring to the Team
- Education: BA/BS degree (Marketing/Communications preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- Language Skills: C2 level proficiency in both German and English is essential.
- Experience: 1 year in sales or marketing with a proven track record in high-stakes, client-facing environments.
- German Market Expertise: A deep understanding of German business etiquette, cultural nuances, and regional digital marketing ecosystems.
- Tech Savvy: Strong experience with CRM systems and the ability to explain complex ROI and platform integration questions.
