Your Mission in Barcelona:

• Strategic Advisory: Act as a consultant for new clients, building results-driven PPC campaigns designed for long-term impact.
• Business Growth: Drive product adoption and identify upselling opportunities to maximize ROI for your portfolio.
• Client Engagement: Lead consultative outbound conversations to detect business objectives and offer tailored digital solutions.
• AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to interpret market insights and personalize your client outreach.
• Data Stewardship: Manage high-volume outreach and maintain a comprehensive CRM database with precision.

What You Bring:

• Market Expertise: A deep understanding of the German digital ecosystem and cultural nuances.
• Language Power: C2 level proficiency in both German and English is essential.
• Experience: ~1 year in sales, marketing, or client-facing environments (SaaS or Digital Marketing experience is a huge plus).
• Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
